There's a documentary show called "Made in Chelsea", it's all about the elite in London.

On streets of this area you can see people just in their pijamas drinking coffee, the chelsea area is very safe and all neighborhood knows each other so they have nothing to be afraid of and they feel very safe there. 

The apartments are very expensive, but it's worth it!
